We’re delighted to welcome Rachel to the Welshmill team. Having joined us in 2026, Rachel brings a passion for helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles and a commitment to care that feels personal to each individual.

Getting to know Rachel
Rachel enjoys all aspects of dentistry, with particular interests in smile transformations, extractions, teeth whitening and ClearCorrect aligners.
She enjoys working closely with patients to understand their needs and what they would like to achieve. From maintaining a healthy smile to discussing a change you’ve been considering, her approach centres on creating a personalised treatment plan with you.
From biomedical sciences to dentistry
Rachel began her academic journey at King’s College London, where she completed a BSc in Biomedical Sciences. She then went on to study Dentistry at Newcastle University, graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS).
After completing her dental foundation training in Twyford, Rachel spent a year undertaking Dental Core Training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Royal United Hospital in Bath. This gave her valuable experience in a hospital setting and the opportunity to further develop her clinical skills.
During this time, she also successfully passed her Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) examination with the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

Rachel will work with you to explore your needs, discuss suitable options and develop a plan that supports your oral health and smile goals.
Her commitment to learning continues beyond her formal qualifications. She regularly attends courses and conferences to broaden her knowledge, develop her skills and keep up to date with advances in dentistry.
Outside the clinic
Away from dentistry, Rachel loves travelling, exploring new countries and learning about different cultures. Be sure to ask her about her travels when you next visit!
