I have been a patient at Welshmill Dental Practice for many years and have always received excellent treatment and very good care. I would recommend this practice.

As always a very professional, friendly appointment

The reception staff, the hygienist and the dentist were all very polite, friendly and professional.

The Clinician was friendly, clear in her explanations and instructions, and she and the Dental Nurse responded very promptly when I raised my hand.

They are so friendly yet professional. We've even moved 100 miles away and travel back twice a year to be treated by them

The whole team provide an excellent and friendly experience. Do not understand why head office now prevent back to back appointments which I have used very successfully for many years - makes future appointments very inconvenient. Need to re-think this policy!!!!!

Reception staff friendly and professional.Dentist and Nurse friendly..did not rush me and explained the process.I felt in safe hands and xrays fully explained to me also the importance of daily tepe use which I was not fully aware of previously. The whole visit was a good experience

Efficient and very helpful staff - but prices have increased :)

Well mainly that the receptionist was SO much nicer than she used to be!I always arrive with some trepidation as one in particular never smiles and is very offhand. She just wasn't like that this time. She was smiling! The person after me was quite 'awkward' and not the easiest as they kept on chatting and chatting while she needed to work but she remained patient and lovely and smiley with him too.Maybe it's because I moaned about it in the last survey! But, whatever the reason, after years of being unwelcoming it felt so nice to be friendly. Thanks.

The dental practice is very professional compared to my previous dentist. The staff are very friendly and are able to discuss what is needed or to be done.

I was treated by Rosemary Care and Emily Williams and given a great deal of help by a receptionist whose name I don't know. I've been one of Rosemary's patients for many years. On this occasion, for the very first time, my check up concluded that there was no need for treatment, reflecting the exceptionally high quality of Rosemary's earlier treatment. I've also previously been treated by Emily. As on previous occasions, her treatment was of a very high quality. I particularly like her running commentary which means that, at any particular moment, I know exactly what she's up to. I use a walker to get around, so I entered the building via the ramp at the back. I was let in by an extremely helpful receptionist. When we got to the reception area, she made a point of leaving her position behind the desk to bring the form I needed to sign and the card machine for payment to where I was sitting. At her suggestion, I completed those processes before my appointment with Emily so that I could leave straightaway from Emily's surgery next to the exit door. That enabled me to avoid having to make my way back to reception. All in all, the usual 1st class Welshmill treatment.

Helpful staff, and kind

The Dentist & his Assistant were very pleasant, efficient & Professinal. They explained all steps as treatment progressed.

The dentist was so kind and told me what he was doing every step of the way. He keep asking if I was okay. He answered all my questions as well. The dental nurse was a great assistant to him even though I did not engage with her. The treatment was brilliant and I am going back for more treatments.

The dentist was able to solve my problem immediately and give me advice about the future care of my teeth.

100% Great experience, much appreciated. As im quite nervous with dentists, have had a lot of bad experiences.. And I can tell, they KNOW what they're doing.. Honestly looking forward to getting my treatment done. Thanks so much.
