All the staff are polite and friendly. My dentist, Chris Park, explained everything that was happening during my check up and put me completely at ease. The hygienist, Emily, was extremely thorough and explained all tha was happening during my treatment. Overall, I was extremely happy with everything.

All of the staff from the reception, Dentist, nurse and hygienist are so friendly and helpful. We now travel 1hour 20 minutes as we are so happy with Welshmill, we’ve been patients for over 40 years!!!

The usual excellent service from the practice. One minor hiccup quickly sorted when the member of staff on reception got my name muddled up with a patient booked in later. I arrived significantly early due to a prior appointment elsewhere on the day running unusually to time and was then seen early by my dentist which was greatly appreciated as I was travelling a significant distance later on. Good to see all the enhancements to the practice that are taking place. Lots of hard work but things still running smoothly.

Staff are very polite and welcoming. Have never had an issue. However I was unable to park in car park so rang to say I would be late as needed to park elsewhere. They were very understanding.
