Welshmill Dental Practice is situated in a beautiful Georgian-style premises, in a unique location overlooking the lovely market town of Frome. The Practice relocated to its present position in 1981 and has undergone a complete state-of-the-art refurbishment, with new decor and consulting rooms. The surgeries are fully air-conditioned for your comfort, creating a pleasant, relaxed environment.

I do not like attending the dentist, but Chris has been super. He always describes what he is doing in detail which puts me at ease. He is also very thorough. I'm really happy with the treatment.

The reception team were really professional and friendly. The dentist and nurse were really attentive and didn't rush the treatment.

The clinician (Rosemary Care) is an experienced, highly skilled dentist. She's very conscious of my individual needs, eg I have significant mobility problems. She goes to great lengths to accommodate those needs. She invariably goes above and beyond the call of duty, eg, after completing my treatment, she escorted me from the building to reduce the risk of me falling over on the tarmac between the building and my car. The receptionists (Rebecca et al) are cut from the same cloth, invariably treating me with respect, courtesy, consideration and efficiency. They are always very helpful.

The environment is calm and kind, all staff put you at ease. Everything is explained simply so you always feel like you know what's going on, you could raise concerns or ask any questions you have. The staff are responsive and attentive so you would never be worried that they might accidentally hurt you and not notice, as they are always checking. They are very gentle.

I arrived at Welshmill having endured a week of discomfort which had become acute pain. I was greeted and helped through a process that helped identify and give direction to causative factors. The receptionist (Rebecca) was most professional in allaying my fears, phobia and discomfort and made possible the opportunity of seeing Dr. Chris Parker. Dr. Parker, after a thorough examination administered appropriate treatment. I am grateful for the team response as having experienced very poor treatment in two other practices.
